Salzburg Zoo is annexed to the feudal park of Hellbrunn Palace. Small and big visitors can venture on an exciting trip through the animal kingdoms of Eurasia, America, Africa and Australia.
Hellbrunn Animal Park presents local and exotic kinds of animals such as rhinoceroses, apes, bears and zebras in the natural landscape of Hellbrunn mountain – rock faces, steep slopes or meadows provide the animals with a home.
Salzburg Zoo has repeatedly been awarded various prizes for its animal-friendly architecture. A special attraction: In the summer the zoo is open on Fridays and Saturdays until 11pm. Hellbrunn Animal Park offers the rather different zoo experience for the entire family.
